Our catering concept for child-care facilities has been developed with the needs of 2 to 6-year-olds in mind and offers both variety and enjoyment. It enables children, educators and parents to decide what is served.
A wide choice of foods helps children to develop healthy eating habits and to learn that eating together is fun. We support parents and educators in teaching children to enjoy healthy eating and to develop the associated social skills by organizing events and providing work materials and advice.
Food quality is subject to strict controls. Nutrient density of food is very high i.e. it contains a high proportion of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and protein but relatively little fat. We are also careful with sugar. Food is free of flavor enhancer.

The HACCP concept is an efficient control system that guarantees strict food hygiene and safety in production processes. Reliability is ensured by consistent documentation and regular HACCP audits are carried out by an external hygiene institute.
